webdriver.properties are stored in www/MbtSvr/config folder:

version=Windows 2003, Mac 10.8, Linux
platform=Mac 10.8
seleniumRC=http://mySeleniumGrid:80/wd/hub

You may also use webdriver.properties file to config integration with cloud-based Selenium/WebDriver service, e.g. SauceLabs.
